Simply complete the application form

To apply to become a member of Riverside Credit Union please download and complete the Membership & Card Application Form then return it to us. You can also pick up the application form from our branch office, or apply online.

 

You will also need to provide two forms of identification from the list below. These will be photocopied and kept securely at Riverside Credit Union. All original documents will be returned to you.

Primary ID:

  • Current UK Passport
  • Current photo driving licence, full or provisional
  • Non UK passport with at least six months remaining AND a long/indefinite stay visa
  • Current EEA Member State Identity Card
  • Current shotgun or firearms certificate

If you have none of the above, then you will need to supply TWO of the following and a PROOF OF ADDRESS.

 

Secondary ID:

  • Original Benefits Letter (must be current)
  • Original recent Council Tax Bill
  • Immigration Status Document from Nov 2009 ID card
  • Current bank account or credit card statement (not store card)
  • Inland Revenue Notice Of Coding

To prove your address:

These must be the original documents less than three months old (where applicable), and must have been sent through the post:

  • Current utility bill (gas, electric) less than 3 months old
  • Water bill less than 3 months old
  • Telephone bill (BT, Cable) Mobile phone bills NOT acceptable
  • Council tax bill (if not used for proof of ID)
  • Current letter of entitlement to benefits (if not used for proof of ID)
  • Local Authority or Housing Association Tenancy Agreement
