To apply to become a member of Riverside Credit Union please download and complete the Membership & Card Application Form then return it to us. You can also pick up the application form from our branch office, or apply online.
You will also need to provide two forms of identification from the list below. These will be photocopied and kept securely at Riverside Credit Union. All original documents will be returned to you.
If you have none of the above, then you will need to supply TWO of the following and a PROOF OF ADDRESS.
