Christmas Hamper Competition Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is: Riverside Credit Union Ltd, whose registered office is at; Garston Business Centre, 2-4 St Marys Road, Garston, Liverpool, L19 2RY
• The competition is open to active members of Riverside Credit Union except employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Route to entry for the competition is active membership, without arrears on any loans (Active means a transaction on the account in the last 6 months, with a balance of at least £1).
• Only one entry will be accepted per member for each month.
• Draw entry will be made on 31/10/22, 21/11/22 & 16/12/22.
• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
• Any member who has joined the credit union and tagged 3 three of their friends on Facebook will be entered in the draw.
• Two winners will be selected each month, two winners will be announced on 31/10/22, two winners will be announced on 21/11/22, two winners will be announced on 16/12/22
• The random selection will be made randomly by a staff member of Riverside Credit Union, after being sent an Excel sheet of member entries by marketing partner Zync Digital. Riverside CU will then verify the winner is an active member of the credit union
• The prize for each winner is a Christmas meats hamper which will be delivered to the winners home address on the 19th December 2022. The hamper contains 1x Turkey Crown, 1x Pork Loin Joint, 1x Topside Beef Joint, 1x Gammon Joint, 800g Pork Sausages, 24x Pigs in Blankets, 350g Streaky Bacon, 3x 350g Back Bacon, 454g Sausage Meat, 454g Sage and Onion Stuffing, 454g Black Pudding, 15x Fresh Eggs
• Winners will be chosen by delegated staff members all entries received and verified by promoter Riverside Credit Union and/or its agents.
• As a result of verifiable actions conducted via social media sites as measured and recorded and verified by Riverside Credit Union and or its agents.
• Each winner will be notified by email and/or on Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Riverside Credit Union and not to any other party. The information provided will not be used in conjunction any other promotion of Riverside Credit Union.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter via the promoter’s website.
